THE ORIGINAL BADDIE GIVEAWAY
Promotion Period
The Original Baddie Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins on May 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (“Promotion Period”).
EXO Cosmetics’ computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of EXO Cosmetics, which are final and binding.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of EXO Cosmetics are not eligible to participate.
Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license in order to claim the vehicle prize.
No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Making a purchase is not required for participation and does not guarantee selection as a winner.
How To Enter
To enter during the Promotion Period: Visit: www.exocosmetics.com Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form with requested information, including:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Each completed online entry equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) free online entry per person during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated.
Additional Promotional Entries
Entrants may receive one (1) additional promotional entry for each qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period of:

• EXO Hoodies
• EXO Decals
• EXO Accessories
• EXO Cosmetic Bundles
Purchases receiving refunds may result in associated entries being removed.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Additional promotional entries may be earned through qualifying purchases as outlined in these Official Rules.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing date: On or about July 1, 2026.
EXO Cosmetics reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or fails to comply with these Official Rules.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive: One (1) 2019 Lexus ES 350.
Vehicle details including color, features, mileage, and condition are determined solely by EXO Cosmetics.
Prize is awarded AS IS with no warranties except those required by law.
Winner is solely responsible for:
• Registration fees
• Licensing fees
• Insurance costs
• Taxes
• Vehicle title fees
• Any expenses not specifically included
Winner may receive tax documentation as required by law.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless determined by EXO Cosmetics.
Winner Notification
Potential winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the information provided at entry on or around July 1, 2026. Potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours or EXO Cosmetics may select an alternate winner. Winner may be required to complete eligibility documents, affidavits, and release forms before receiving the Prize.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for EXO Cosmetics to use winner’s name, likeness, city, state, photographs, social media content, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
Participants understand they are providing information to EXO Cosmetics and not to any social media platform.
General Conditions
EXO Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or abuse the Promotion may result in disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless EXO Cosmetics and its employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used in accordance with EXO Cosmetics’ privacy policy.

EXO Cosmetics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or adjust portions of these Official Rules, provided such changes do not materially alter the nature or value of the advertised grand prize.
The stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the grand prize represents an estimated fair market value at the time the giveaway is announced and may vary based on market conditions, mileage, condition, taxes, location, and other relevant factors.
